Nitmiluk Gorge winds along 12km with sheer rock faces more than 70m high. Made up of 13 separate gorges, Nitmiluk Gorge is a maze or waterways sculpted from the sandstone over countless millennia by the Katherine River, Jawoyn tradition says that Bolong created the Gorge. Nitmiluk is the specialist agent; with a great variety of tours that let you admire the history, rugged beauty and culture of this majestic region. Where a booking has been made and confirmed with Nitmiluk Tours Pty Limited and is subsequently cancelled the following refund policy shall apply:
•More than 7 days prior to departure: Full refund
•Between 7 days & 24 hours prior to departure booking is transferable only. If a booking is cancelled within this period a fee of one (1) night’s accommodation will be incurred
•Less than 24 hours prior to departure: No refund
•All refunds must be issued at the point of sale
Nitmiluk National Park is 30 km from the township of Katherine. A 30 minute drive on a sealed road.
All tours are SELF-DRIVE and boarding is 15 mins prior to departure.
